A project walk-thru was conducted on September 16, 20XX and determined that items on previous punchlist letters have been satisfactory addressed and the improvements associated with
Application # 2024.0472.CI0006 have been deemed acceptable by City of Yelm Public Services Department – Engineering Division.
The final phase to the closeout process is the Closing Documents Phase. Attached is a Project Closeout Checklist that identifies the required documents to be submitted for final closeout
of this project.
