1. Hydrants shall be located in
accordance with Section 6.060.
In addition, a minimum three foot
radius unobstructed working area shall
be provided around all hydrants.
2. Hydrant shall be Dresser M & H
Reliant style 329 or Clow Medallion.
3. Gate valves shall be resilient wedge
NRS with 0-ring seals. Valve ends shall
be Mechanical joint by ANSI flanges.
Valves shall conform to AWWA 509-80.
Valves shall be Mueller M&H, Kennedy,
Clow R/W or Waterous Series 500.
