dated July 12, 2005 The trip generation using 1.01 peak pm trips and 9.57 daily trips per a lot is the industry standard and accepted by the city. Our model has shown a distribution
slightly different from the one used in your letter. Our distribution shows 39% of the traffic will be traveling to the east by SR 507 toward McKenna, 10% to the west on SR 507 toward
Rainier, 6% toward Nisqually Pines and 45% to Lacey by SR 510. The growth rate for the City of Yelm is 2% for all intersections. The intersections you have proposed to analysis are acceptable
to the city with the addition of the intersection of Canal-Grove-Flume. Please lo?????ok at the operation of the intersection, site distance and traffic safety. The accident data should
