The Notice of Application was issued January 9, 2007 deeming the application complete while requesting additional information. Please provide the following information to the Community Development Department no later than January 23, 2007 to prevent delay in reviewing the project. 1. Please provide clarification on the usage of the overflow device in regards to stormwater treatment. In addition, the stormwater report needs to be updated to include the information on the overflow device that has been displayed on the site plan. 2. Please provide a disk which contains an AutoCad drawing of the site plan. 3. Lots 10, 11, 26?????, 27, and 30 do not meet our development regulations which require a minimum access of 20 feet. 4. An updated conceptual landscape plan is required as a part of the submittal process. 5. The site plan needs to clarify what the small box is that is located on Tract C. Is it a building to be removed, or a utility? 6. If there are any wells located on the property, they need to be marked and noted that they will be decommissioned, as well as any wells that may be located within 200 feet of the site. These issues do not need to be addressed to complete the application package, but will have to be addressed for the City to continue with the review.
