RE: Cullens Road Dear Mr. Roland; Our company, Puget Sound Landscaping, Inc was contracted earþ in the fall of 2008, by Stanton Development of Kirkland Washington, to complete landscaping improvements within the future city right of ways at the development known to us as "Cullens Road". We did satisfactorily complete our work and all obligations per our contractual agreement, and have . never been paid for any of our work. No payment what so ever has been issued to us and no bill of sale for any of the work has ever been issued or tendered by us. We have followed,the legal process and met all of the requirements to perfect liens on the two parcels of land involved and they have been recorded with the Thurston County Auditors Office under the numbers 4074598 and 4042898. The liens legally encumber the parcels and the City of Yelm would not be ab?????le to take clear title to the right of way areas as long as these liens are unsatisfied. I would ask at this time that payment to Puget Sound Landscaping, Inc of this undisputed and yet unpaid debt be made mandatory, prior to final acceptance of the plat. The property is scheduled for sale at auction this month and it should be assumed that a buyer would àttempt to get a final inspection and get the plat signed offby the City of Yelm. The two liens total $102,95ó. In addition there is $2,950 in legal fees to which we are entitled bringing the total to $105,906.
