This letter is regarding the application you submitted on behalf of your client, Ron Newman for a Planned Residential Development and Subdivision on 103rd Avenue in
Yelm.
On March 16, 2007, the City sent you a letter requesting additional information on how the proposed development would comply with Yelm requirements for a Planned Residential Development
and development standards in Yelm. In a letter dated April 4, 2007, the City indicated that, unless the requested information and revised site plan were received 90 days from March
16, the application would be withdrawn and the file closed.
As the deadline for filing a new site plan has passed without action on the part of your client, the file has been closed. Any subsequent proposed use of the property will require a
new application with the City of Yelm.
