a Planned Residential Development and Subdivision on 103rd Avenue in Yelm. After our meeting of March 14, 2007, I had sent to you a letter indicating that the City would continue reviewing
the Traffic Impact Analysis while you were revising the site plan and preparing special reports pursuant to our discussions during the meeting. Since that time, the City has proceeded
with review of the application. Since the meeting, both of the owners of the subject properties have contacted the Department and indicated that Mr. Newman is no longer pursuing the
application. Based on this, and the fact that the no further review is possible without a revised site????? plan and the special report, the Department will discontinue the project
review at this time. If a revised site plan and special report are not received within 90 days of the date of my letter of March 16, 2007, the Department will consider the application
