The roadway parallek SR 507 in [he eaztem pottion of the Gty and will intersec[ the proposed SR 510 Loop Road west of the proposed development. Based on an existing weekdayPM peak hour coon[ at the intersection of 103' Avenue SE/Grove Road SE and assuming a two percent annual growth care, 103id Avenue SE is expec[ed to cagy a total of approximately 20 vehicles in the peak direction (eastbound). The proposed project would add an additional 57 vehicles to this volume Eor a total of 77 vehicles during the PM peak hour. Based on procedures defined in the Highway Capacity Manual, a maximum peak direc[ional hourly roadway capacity of approximately 850 vehicles per hour is estimated. Bazed on the projected volume of traffic during the weekday PM peak hour and the capacity of the roadway, adequate capacity exists along 103' Avenue to accommodate the project traffic volumes.
