The Department is ready to deem the application complete with the exception of the $500.00 traffic scoping fee. When we receive the additional $500.00, we can deem that application complete and issue the Notice of Application. I would like to take this opportunity to update you on the review process of this plat application. The second preliminary plat application form still did not reflect the future build-out of the site. We are using the original application form, with a written amendment of 50± acres, and a full future build out of 160 residential lots. The traffic study will be based on this information. We will amend the environmental checklist during our environmental review to reflect this change as well. Please submit a check in the amount of $500.00 for the traffic scoping fee to continue our department review of your application.
