Public Safety Building, 206 McKenzie Avenue SE, Yelm WA PURPOSE: Public Hearing to receive comments regarding the following applications: 1. 9:00 AM Creek Road Mixed Use Project Case
Number SHO-07-0405-YL & SPR-07-0404-YL. An application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and Site Plan Review submitted by Timothy Holderman, Sound Engineering, Inc. to
construct a 164 unit apartment complex with approximately 55,000 square feet of commercial development on approximately 17.08 acres. The project is located near the intersection of Creek
Road and SR 507 at 10520 Creek Road SE. The project is bordered to the east by Yelm Creek and requires a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit. The hearing will also include an appeal
of certain conditions of the Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance issued for the Creek Road Mix?????ed Use project related to high ground water. Testimony on the appeal hearing
is limited to parties of record and witnesses. 2. 9:45 AM Purvis Residential Development Case Number SUB-07-0397-YL. An application for Phase I of a subdivision of approximately 50 acres
into a 160 lot single family residential development submitted by Tahoma Terra, LLC. Phase I includes 24 single family residential lots on approximately 6.43 acres. Future phases are
undetermined at this time. The City of Yelm Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing to receive comments on the proposals above. In the matter of the appeal, the Hearing Examiner
will hear testimony from parties of record regarding the appeal listed above. The Hearing Examiner will make a decision on the matter within 10 days after the hearing. Testimony may
be given at the hearings or through any written comments. Comments must be received by the close of the public hearing. Such written comments may be submitted to the City of Yelm at
