Examiner and Ciry DOpnCll for conformance with City subdivision stantlartls and otM1er regulations. The
Hearing Examiner will hold a public hearing after notifying neighbors and other agencies. The plat
cannot be approvetl unless appropriate provisions have been made for public facilities, such as roads,
sewer antl wales Preliminary review will usually take about 90 tlays. If preliminary approval is
granteq a final surveyed plat must be presentetl within five (5) years with appropriate arrangements for
all improvements.
