Sectien 2. Said property shall be subject to t;.^e existing
indebtedness cf the City cf Yelm and to pay Said ?ndebtedness
shall be assessed and taxed at the same rate and cn 'the same
basis as ether property within the City of Yeim.
Section 3. Uocn annexation said preperty shall be zoned and the
zoning map of Yelm amended as follows:
The N~ of the N~ of the SE;; of the SW4 , the .~~ of the S`rl of
the NE of the SW;. and the 4V= of the SE; cf the NE- of the_
SW:~ or" Section 1S shall be zcrec Single-Family Residential
(R-1);
the S~ of the NW'- of the SE- of the SW; of Section, and that
part of the SW',- of the SE; of the SW'-, of Section 13
circumscribed by a line beginning at the intersection of the
centerlines of Burnett Road and State Route 510, thence
north 360 feet more or less to the north line of said
quarter-quarter-quarter section, thence east 622 feet,
thence southwesterly 690 feet more or less along the west
boundary of Short Subdivision 8013 to 'the state route
centerline, thence northwesterly 425 feet along said
cer,teriine to the point of beginning. shall each be zoned
Commercial (C-1); and
the remainder of the area to be annexed shall be zoned
Residential-Agriculture Fi~:~e-Acre (.RA-5).
Section 4. The 1`e1m Comprehensive Plan may shall be amended to
designate the commercial zone described above for commercial use
and 'the remainder of the area being annexed as Single-Family
Residential.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall record a copy of this Ordinance
in the Office of the County Auditor and file a certified copy
with the Bcard of County Commissioners.
Section 6. This Ordinance shall become effective en the 23rd day
of Februaxy1993. being a date not less than five days following
