AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY OF YELM EMPLOYEE BENEFIT
SCHEDULE FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 1993, CITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 450, SECTION 3, APPENDIX III.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF YELM, THURSTON COUNTY,
WASHINGTON, as follows:
SECTION 1. City of Yelm Ordinance No. 450, Appendix III City of
Yelm Employee Benefit Schedule for the calendar year 1993 annexed
thereto and incorporated therein by reference, be and the same is
hereby amended by the words adding thereto the following as
paragraph one and paragraph two of Appendix III:
MEDICAL AND DENTAL INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY: Permanent positions of
twenty or more hours per week as per Washington Physicians Service
regulations at 100 for permanent full-time employees of 145 hours
per month or more and for permanent part-time employees on a pro-
rated percentage of the actual hourly work week (work week based on
40 hours).
Permanent full-time employees (145 hours per month or more) sick
leave, vacation and holiday benefits are accrued at 100%.
Permanent part-time employee benefits are accrued on a prorated
percentage of the actual hourly work week. (Work week based on 40
hours i.e 24 hour work week 40 hours standard week would receive
60~ benefits.)
SECTION 2. City of Yelm Ordinance No. 450, Appendix III City of
Yelm Employee Benefit Schedule for the calendar year 1993 annexed
thereto and incorporated therein by reference, be and the same is
hereby amended by the deletion of the following marked words
