designed per chapter 2308 light frame construction. Indicate what seismic and lateral
design standards are the basis of your design in conforming to Chapter 16 of the IBC.
3. A106. The laundry room is over 100 square feet. Separate per Table 508.2.5
4. A302. Show stringer attachment. Verify rise is not greater then 7 inches on exterior
stairs.
5. A311 detail 1 fire block at party wall between floors
6. A402 detail B water closet needs to be at the control end for forward approach
clearance
7. A403 detail B, B unit option B does not allow any fixtures in the tub clearance
