Thanks for answering my questions about the application. The plans and a CD with PDF files of the civil plans along with copies of the drainage/erosion report and the step system report will be sent to the project owner in Bellevue. The project owner, Mark Rozgay, or someone from his office will drop off the plans to the City of Yelm. How many printed sets of civil plans do you need for review and what address should they be delivered too? Send me e-mail with your response and let me know what additional information might be needed for civil plan review. Thank you and we look forward to working with the City of Yelm on Salmon Run. On the site development application there is a section for "applicant" and I want to know if we should list Zeck Butler Architects or if it should list the project owner/applicant? Under Dimension of Property, can I write " see site survey included in the plan set" since there is not enough room to describe all property dimensions?
