There will be no impacts to the Yelm Creek Riparian Habitat as a result of this proposed action. The transmission line construction should be allowed pursuant to YMC 94.08.040{C)(3}. .-... 3. What provisions will be made for storm water andlor #lood control? The proposed construction activities at the Yeim Switching Station have been designed to meet the City of Yelm's Stormwater and flood control requirements under the WA Dept of Ecology 1992 Stormwater Management Manual. 4. What provisions will be made far water supply and sewage disposal? The Switching Station is an unmanned facility and does not require potable water or sewer facilities. Water for the establishment and maintenance of landscape screening will be required. The landscape irrigation system has been designed to utilize high efFciency, low flow drip irrigation on a timing system, and will be 5. monitored and maintained during the growing season. What provisions will be made for electrical power, natural gas, telephone and other utilities? This is an electric facilit and will et necessa AC station ower from the distribution action of the station. Na other utilities will be 6. required for this proposed project. What provisions will be made for streets, access, andlor buses? Once construction is complete, there will be less than 4 vehicle trips per month to this location. Therefore, f'SE does not believe there are transportation impacts associated with the proposed proiect. Necessary access to critical components of the facility under emergency conditions {ie. In the event of a transformer or switch failure and immediate replacement) will require both the existing access from Railway Road SE as well as new access from the "rear" of the station ofF of Northern Pacific Road NW. #'SE is respectfully requesting the grant of 7. 8. easement access for this new access requirement.
