These impacts include: / High potential for vehicles overlapping their turning paths as patrons try to enter and exit the bank. / Trips leaving the site in a left turn movement enter into the left-turn deceleration lane for the eastbound left turn at the signal at Clark Road. This left-turn maneuver has the potential to increase vehicle conflicts, accidents and impacts to already heavy traffic on Yelm Avenue. / The site frontage is narrow and not conducive to full access maneuvers, especially given the close proximity to the signal. 6 Mitigation Measures
