The Department of Ecology (Ecology) reviewed the environmental checklist and has the following comment(s): SHORELANDS/WETLANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL ASSISTANCE: Alex Callender (360) 407-6167 Installing the lines across Yelm Creek, a shoreline of the state may require a conditional use permit. The project might be subject to the conditional use Criteria of 173-27-160. TOXCIS CLEANUP: Mohsen Kourehdar (360) 407-6256 This property is within a half mile of several known or suspected contaminated sites. If contamination is currently known or observed during construction, sampling of the potentially contaminated media must be conducted. If contamination of soil or groundwater is readily visible, or is revealed by sampling, Ecology must be notified.
