Mr. Ward:
The Community Development Department has reviewed your proposed site plan for
required parking and fencing for outdoor storage. The 6 foot solid wood fence as
proposed is acceptable as effective screening.
The parking as proposed does not meet development guideline standards. The stalls
as proposed do not provide adequate room for backing out. Please locate 3 - 4 parking
stalls, 9'x20' facing southwest. Basically the same parking that has now been enclosed
for your storage. I have attached a drawing as an example. The stalls facing southwest
allows for backing out, and would leave adequate access to your outdoor storage.
The driveway must be signed "one-way"
