ACU Yelm Trees
Tim
Good Morning Tim
Thank you for taking the time to review the ACU Yelm tree replacement
with me. After further review I believe that the replacement count of 18
viable trees is inaccurate and should be reduced to 15. The Landscape
engineer in his design added 3 additional trees to the site that was not
required by the city of Yelm which would reduce our replacement count
to 12. My understanding is that your preference is to add the
additional 12 trees to the site.
The only thing that is not clear in the letter attached dated 8-18-11
is the caliper of trees.
Please let me know at your earliest convenience you findings in the
above referenced tree replacement scenario.
Sincerely
Doug Palmer

Gary:
Stan Carlson through his agent Dave Sheean has given America’s Credit
Union the permission to remove the trees along their shared property
line. Please see the attached PDF of the city approved C2 drawing. This
sheet has been revised though redlines to indicate that the trees being
removed do not need to be protected.
Please indicate in the positive or negative if this is adequate
information to allow for the removal of the trees. The project is moving
along and we want to allow the work to commence in a timely manner.
Sincerely,
Rick T. Adams - LEED AP
