The concrete slab on grade will not be installed in the area of the window. We are also doing this so that future plumbing can be installed. Any future plumbing would require a separate permit. 2. We will not install the grease interceptor. This will need to be installed under a separate permit in order for us to legally operate any food service business. 3. We will install the window and the related exterior brick veneer. However, we will cover the interior side of the window with either gypsum wallboard or plywood. We understand that in order to use the additional drive up window we will need to go through the site plan review process again. We will also need to obtain a tenant improvement permit and acquire all other related approvals. Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions regarding this matter. I would recommend sending us your ideas for us to consider. When I was on site for the slab placement they said the slab was not being placed at the drive up window. If that is true that is also worth mentioning in your outline.
