The City has reviewed the trip generation memo from Heath and Associates
for the America’s Credit Union in Yelm and will accept the traffic
generation number. Based on a square footage of 3,089, the total new pm
peak hour trips used for TFC purposes shall be 57, with a pass by credit
of 25%. The total trips charged shall be 43.
TFC charges for the remaining square footage will be assessed based on
use when a tenant improvement permit is issued.
