PSI representative on site at client’s request to observe placement of epoxy and epoxy dow?????els at shear wall at gridline 3J-3K. It was observed that each hole for epoxy dowels
was drilled a minimum of 5 inches in depth and each hole was brushed and blown clean of extra materials and debris. Sufficient epoxy was added to hole so that when the dowel was inserted
