Plinths at col's. lines L/7, L/4, 4/A, 2/A, 2G, 10/E and infill 4" SOG at 4/G. Referenced Details/Drawings: DWG plan S2.1, 3/S2.2, 5/S2.2, 15/S2.2 Remarks: On site for special inspection
of reinforcing steel, epoxy, and concrete. Observed and inspected epoxy installation of (2) 5/8”x28” long (HD) bolts with 10” embed at plinth column 10/E; and (2) #4 dowels with 6” embed.
¾” holes drilled and cleaned by air, brush, air per Simpson set XP epoxy instructions. (Expiration 7/2013) also inspected #5 dowels with 6” embeds for footing extension (for veneer bottom)
at column 2/A = (4) #5 dowels; 2/G = ((2) # 5 dowels. Inspected reinforcing steel per plinth detail at 7/L and 4/L. Verified #5 mat of (5) #5’s. Also inspected mat’s at 4/A, 2A. Observed
placement of 3 yards of 3000 psi concrete for plinths at 4/L and 7/L (28” x 31” x 22” deep); at 10/E (1’-10” sq. x 14” high); 4/A and 2/A (31” sq. x 14” deep) and 36” sq x 4” SOG infills
at columns 2/G and 4/G. Monitored Holroyd truck from mix # 5551F25, 5 ½ sk, temp, slump 4”(+/-) and water allowable. Placed by tailgating and consolidated. Cast (4) samples for testing
