Details/Drawings: C-3 Plat number Remarks: Inspector on site as requested by client for compaction testing of 5/8” CSTC (sample ID # 0742557-2-S1 – 133.9 pcf @9.0% M) used for asphalt
subgrade. Material was placed prior to inspectors arrival. Please to field density test report for test locations and results. The contractor placed asphalt in the parking lot and drive
through. Asphalt was placed in one, two inch (2”) lift, then mechanically consolidated with a vibratory double drum roller per the approved project specification. PSI sampled asphalt
at 30 tons for rice testing in PSI laboratory. Results pending lab test results. To the best of PSI’s knowledge, the work inspected to the approved construction documents are: Conforming
