Re: BLA-05-0513-YL Boundary Line Adjustment, 502 NW Crystal Springs Road, Yelm, WA
Dear Mr. Long:
The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property. The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior
to recording, changes need to be made to the map to meet Thurston County recording standards. I gave you the Declaration when you were in the office. If you need to print a new one,
or additional notary pages, you can find these documents on our website at www.ci.yelm.wa.us.
Conditions of Approval:
A current title report must be submitted for both properties.
The Declaration must be signed by the all persons that hold an interest in the property. These signatures must be notarized.
The file number for the map is BLA-05-0513-YL
The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording.
Please return a revised boundary line adjustment map, title reports, and the original signed Declaration to me, reflecting the above stated changes. I will then stamp it approved and
forward to Thurston County for recording. When I receive the recorded copies back, I will notify you of the recording fees, and make copies available to you. If you have any questions,
