658 Amend Captial Reserve and Animal ControlCITY OF YELM
ORDINANCE NO. 658
AN ORDINANCE amending the 1999 Budget, City of Yelm Ordinance No. 641,
and the Capital Reserve and Animal Control Care and Custody lines and
establishing an effective date.
WHEREAS, the Animal Control Department request for funding was unchanged from
1998 levels; and
WHEREAS, the 1999 Budget for the Animal Control department was presented at a
Yelm City Council Work Session on Tuesday, October 13, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the funding request was mistakenly omitted from the Animal Control Care
and Custody budget line number 001 000 000 539 30 00 00;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Yelm, Thurston County,
Washington does hereby adopt and ordain:
Section 1. Ordinance 641, for the 1999 Calendar Year, Line 001 000 000 539 30 4100
Animal Control Care and Custody is increased to reflect a budget appropriation
of $5,000.
Section 2. Ordinance 641, for the 1999 Calendar Year, Line 001 000 000 596 00 00 00
Capital Reserve Account is reduced by $5,000.
Section 3. Effective Date: This ordinance shall become effective five days following
publication.
