Dear Mr. Pauling:
The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property. The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior
to recording, please complete the attached documents and submit them along with the other requested materials to the Community Development Department so we can proceed with the recording.
Conditions of Approval:
A current title report must be submitted for lots 7 and 8, in Block 5 of Solberg’s First Addition.
The Declaration must be completed and signed by the all persons that hold an interest in the property. These signatures must also be notarized.
The file number for the map is BLA-07-0367-YL and should be included on the BLA map.
The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording.
After the requested material has been submitted, I will then stamp it approved and forward to Thurston County for recording. When I receive the recorded copies back, I will notify
