Re: BLA-07-0391-YL Boundary Line Adjustment, 10157 Terra Valley Street SE
To Whom It May Concern:
The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property. The
proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior to
recording, please complete the attached documents and submit them along with the other requested
materials to the Community Development Department so we can proceed with the recording.
Conditions of Aooroval:
1. A current title report must be submitted for lots 1 and 2, and Tract E.
2. The Declaration must be completed and signed by the all persons that hold an interest in the
property. These signatures must also be notarized.
3. The file number for the map is BLA-07-0391-YL and should be included on the BLA map.
4. Please include the revised legal descriptions for lots 1, 2 and Tract E on the Legal
Description page attached to the Declaration of Boundary Line Adjustment.
The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording.
After the requested material has been submitted, the Boundary Line Adjustment map will be
stamped approved and forwarded to Thurston County for recording. Once the recorded copies have
been received, you will be notified of the recording fees and copies of the map will be available for
