To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in regards to Boundary Line Adjustment number BLA-07-0391-YL, located
at 10157 Terra Valley Street SE. Please note that setback requirements for lots 1 and 2
shall be measured from the property lines of Tract E or from the temporary tree
protection fence located around the perimeter of Tract E whichever is more stringent of
the two. Please see the attached diagram which shows the specific setback
requirements for lot 1.
The existing silt fence allows for a protective buffer area for the trees located in Tract E
and no construction shall encroach into the buffer. Further more, any additional pruning
for trees encroaching into either lots 1 or 2 will require the submittal of a pruning plan
from a certified arborist.
