Dear Ms. Fetterly:
The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property.
The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior to
recording, please make the required changes to the attached document and submit the revised
version to the Community Development Department so we can proceed with the recording.
Conditions of Approval:
1. The file number for the map is BLA-08-0213-YL and should be included on the BLA
map.
2. Please remove the Site Addresses from the third page of the Boundary Line Adjustment
Map and edit the parcel number on the first page. Please note that new addresses will
be assigned at a later date.
The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording.
After the requested material has been submitted, I will then forward it to Thurston County for
review and then stamp it approved for recording. When I receive the recorded copies back, I
will notify you of the recording fees, and make copies available to you. If you have any
