The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior to recording, please make the required changes to the attached documents and submit the revised version to the Community Development Department so we can proceed with the recording. Conditions of Approval: The file number for the map is BLA-08-0229-YL and should be included in the title on the BLA map. The attached Declaration of Boundary Line Adjustment must be signed by all interested parties and be notarized. Please note that the county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording. After the requested material has been submitted, I will then forward it to Thurston County for review and then stamp it approved for recording.
