The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property. The proposed property lines meet minimum City zoning, health, and building standards. Prior
to recording, the following conditions will need to be met for the Community Development Department to proceed with the recording.
Conditions of Approval:
The file number for the map is BLA-08-0344-YL and should be included on the BLA map.
The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording.
After the updated BLA map has been submitted, I will then stamp it approved and forward to Thurston County for recording. When I receive the recorded copies back, I will notify you
