Re: 20120110 Prairie Park Boundary Line Adjustment
Dear Ms. Clapp:
The City has completed its review for the Boundary Line Adjustment on the above property. In
order for the proposed property lines to meet minimum City zoning, health, and building
standards, the following conditions must be met:
Conditions of Approval:
1. A current title report must be submitted for all Parcels within Prairie Park.
2. The Declaration must be completed and signed by the all persons that hold an interest in
the property. These signatures must also be notarized.
3. The file number for the map is BLA-12-0110-YL and should be included on the BLA
map.
4. The map must clearly show all private road easements serving all parcels within Prairie
Park.
5. An easement for the stormwater facility must be shown, or separate stormwater
treatment and easement must be provided for the new parcel B.
6. An easement for refuse facilities must be shown, or a separate refuse facility must be
provided for the new parcel B.
The county requires that current and delinquent taxes be paid prior to recording.
After the requested material has been submitted and approved, I will forward to Thurston
County for recording. When I receive the recorded copies back, I will notify you of the recording
