I did not hear back from you after I sent you the email below and Rick Christensen dropped off the remaining storm drainage report. Those pieces should make the application complete. Rick Christensen has requested that I pursue a clearing and grading permit for the site ASAP. In the past, the City would not issue this permit until the first civil review was complete. Is there a way for us to proceed with getting a grading permit at this time? The owner only wants to import base material and compact it in place. No utilities are going to be installed as part of this work. Steve, please let me know if there is a way to expedite this request? There are 3 tanks being proposed on the site. I have used the existing water usage for the furniture store to size the new furniture store. The remaining 2 retail buildings has been sized based on experience to determine a 1 gpd per 5 square feet of gross building area. Please let me know if you need anything further.
