Amy - I don't have Brandon Johnson's email address from the transmittal letter for the Medical Center... would you mind passing this on to him for me? We've reviewed
the civil and architectual plans that were delivered last Friday afternoon and need the following in order to route them for review: Civil 1. All the plans and reports
in electronic format (*.pdf for *.tif). 2. A STEP tank sizing report for all tanks being installed as part of phase I (see note below). 3. A Phasing Plan, if applicable. The
phase line is shown on the plans but it is unclear what improvements are to be constructed as part of Phase I. 4. Details on proposed access control at the driveway approach
between Buildings C and D. As indicated in previous pre-submission meetings, physical access control will be required at t????Uhis approach. Architectual 1. Building plan
review fee's. Other 1. Photometric lighting plan for parking lot lighting. I also want to make sure that a set of plans along with the Stormwater Report was delivered to
KPFF. A copy of the STEP tank sizing report also should be delivered directly to KPFF.
