determination of the compact drive aisle width.

Subject: Yelm MOB - drive aisle
Grant and Steve,
A question had come up on the latest Civil comments regarding the width
of the northwest drive aisle. According to the Yelm Municipal Code,
chapter 17, if we have compact stalls, the drive access need only be
20’-0”. This is the width that we have always indicated on our drawings
throughout our preliminary design meetings with the City. Please verify
the Table 17-3 (attached below) is correct and our 20’-0” drive aisle is
acceptable.
