Gina Dais tgba | tgbarchitects 21911 76th Ave W Suite 210, Edmonds WA 98026 t: 425.778.1530 f: 425.774.7803 From: Gina Dais Sent: Monday, May 04, 2009 5:24 PM To: Grant Beck; 'Steve Harrington' Cc: Kent Gregory; 'Scott L Ritter' Subject: Yelm MOB - drive aisle Grant and Steve, A question had come up on the latest Civil comments regarding the width of the northwest drive aisle. According to the Yelm Municipal Code, chapter 17, if we have compact stalls, the drive access need only be 20’-0”. This is the width that we have always indicated on our drawings throughout our preliminary design meetings with the City. Please verify the Table 17-3 (attached below) is correct and our 20’-0” drive aisle is acceptable.
