Eagle Plaza - Civil Plan Approval
I just got the invoice last Thursday, Someone forgot to send it along.
The fee seems excessive does anyone ever question these pier review
charges. Would like the question asked at least.

Scott: The review fees have to be paid, that is what will hold up the
review. I can not finish the review process with out the current review
fee paid in full. I do not have an answer for the KPFF review charge.

This is the invoice that I just received from you last Thursday?
Steve, I sent you an e-mail regarding the hrs that were spent on the
review were you able to find out the answer to that question? Other than
the invoice in question is there anything else holding up civil permit
approval?? I am boarding a plane in 15 minutes so if I don't respond....

Gina –
I just talked to the City (Steve Harrington) and I wanted to verify that
the civil plans were indeed ready for mylar. I think there has been a
misunderstanding at some point because the civil plans are not approved.
The City has stated that they can not review the civil plans until the
review fees are paid. Scott and I have discussed this at the beginning
of the week and I believe he is taking care of it. But bottom line is
they are currently not approved. As soon as I hear differently I will
let the team know.

Scott and Craig,
It appears both the civil and building permits are ready, with
mechanical and plumbing to follow shortly. Will one of you be able to
order the Knox Box? (We have planned for the recessed mount.)
Richard and Rich, can you please complete and sign the attached form and
send them back to me….I will forward both the mechanical and plumbing
applications to the city once complete.
Kind Regards,
Gina Dais

Gina,
I will be bringing the permit fees into our meeting this afternoon for
final approval. I hope to have it to you soon. The permit package will
be ready to pick up as Civil Drawings are signed. A couple of
questions/observations.
1. Evergreen will be responsible to the mechanical permit? I do
not see an application from them, but have enough information to prepare
the permit.
2. Steve is still working on acid neutralizer. I will do the
plumbing permit for Stirret/Johnsen last.
3. Our County Fire Dept. asked for a Knox box on a hotel open
24/7, so I am assuming they will ask for the same thing here. If you
want if flush mounted, now is the time to get it ordered.
Thanks
Gary
