Re: Eagle Plaza Punchlist Application
Dear Mr. Ritter:
The Community Development Department received an application for final punchlist
items for the above referenced project. The following items must be completed prior to
recording the final binding site plan:
1. Stabilize soils. Exposed soils (building pads) shall be stabilized by application
of effective BMP's that prevent erosion.
2. Upon final inspection of the roadway along Eagle Plaza, it was noted that the
fill slope south of the property is steeper than allowed. Refer to WSDOT
Design Manual M 22-01, Chapter 1600. The slope is actually 2H
(Horizontal): 1 V (Vertical). The WSDOT Manual states a definition of
nonrecoverable fill slope is steeper than 4H:1 V, but not steeper than 3H:1 V
are considered nonrecoverable. At a minimum, an extruded curb to protect
vehicles and pedestrians would be needed. Contact Tim Peterson, Public
