requirements.
3. Each classroom appears to have a teacher's cabinet. These cabinets need to be lockable
to store chemicals and equipment.
4. The plans show two 48" square windows per classroom. Exterior sun control is required.
5. There is no plumbing for this building.
6. Heating, ventilating, and /or air conditioning systems shall be equipped with automatic room
temperature controls. The proposed heating system must maintain a minimum of 65 °F in
each classroom.
7. The total of all the ventilation equipment and other mechanical noise sources in the
classrooms shall not exceed the NC -35 standard.
