Thanks. Just to confirm, Condition 4 has been fully satisfied and
nothing further is required to meet that condition, correct?

Bill -
The mounding analysis performed by Landau indicates that there is no
impact (less than 1/2 foot) on the high ground water elevation at the
property lines, which does satisfy the condition of the MDNS. You are
also correct that the final stormwater plan will need to show the
seasonal high groundwater and any infiltratration gallery must meet the
minimum vertical seperations required by the appropriate drainage
manual.

This is a follow up to our phone conversation. We understand that: the
City is accepting the mounding analysis from Landau Associates as
satisfying Condition 4 from the MDNS, the one under appeal; the
drainage facilities and other improvements depicted on the site plan do
not need to be relocated because of groundwater or flood issues under
condition 4; and the applicant's engineer will be responsible to
determine the seasonal high groundwater under the storm manual for the
storm water design. If you can confirm this, we can dismiss the appeal.
Thank you.
