You are also correct that the final stormwater plan will need to show the seasonal high groundwater and any infiltratration gallery must meet the minimum vertical seperations required by the appropriate drainage manual. We understand that: the City is accepting the mounding analysis from Landau Associates as satisfying Condition 4 from the MDNS, the one under appeal; the drainage facilities and other improvements depicted on the site plan do not need to be relocated because of groundwater or flood issues under condition 4; and the applicant's engineer will be responsible to determine the seasonal high groundwater under the storm manual for the storm water design. If you can confirm this, we can dismiss the appeal.
