submittal response 070110 July 1, 2010 The Casey Group Architects 5521 100th St. SW, Ste A Lakewood, WA 98499 Attn: L Dechant Re: Plan submittal for Yelm Creek Apartments Dear Mr. Dechant, On Thursday, July 1, 2010 The Casey Group Architects submitted plans and engineering for review for the Yelm Creek Apartments. This submittal was followed up by a telephone conversation initiated by you at the Casey Group. The conversation covered the status of your application regarding plan review fees, completeness and allocation of residential hook up fees (eru’s). I referred you to a letter dated December 17, 2009 which you acknowledged Ms. Seifert of the Casey Group Architects received (attached). I am currently verifying the permit valuation of each individual plan to determine if the plan review deposit fees quoted last to Ms Seifert last December are still accurate. The December 17th letter required an approved site and grading plan to accompany your application. As the site and grading plan did not accompany your application, the application cannot be deemed complete. Review will begin in a timely manner, however the permit cannot be issued until the approved Civil Drawings are available for me to review fire code setbacks, accessibility and life safety issues. The submittal of an incomplete building permit packet does not vest you with water connection availability. Water connection availability will be determined at permit issuance.
