Sheet A101, Notes, #10 – Exterior nailing may be changed to 8D nails at 6” OC on the edges and 12” OC intermediate. 2. Simpson Strong Tie Anchor systems Titen HD or RFB may be used in place of Missed anchor bolt or those closer than permitted to the ends of members. If hold downs are missed they will need to be reviewed on a case by case basis. Please let me know if you have additional questions.
