Box 73790 Puyallup, WA 98373 Mr. Wilson: The Community Development Department has approved the following modulation plan for lots in Tahoma Terra Phase II Division 1 which are not currently covered by an approved plan. The plan is approved as follows: • No more than six (6) two story homes in a row. • No fewer than two (2) single family homes in a row. • Every home type built must provide two (2) feet of horizontal modulation from adjacent homes with driveways facing the same street, with at least six (6) feet of horizontal modulation over all in a group of four (4) or more similar home types. • No more than two (2) homes in a row shall have the same front appearance whether they are single or two stories.
