John Edwards has inspected the Cullens Road Plat Sidewalks, street signage, stormwater, and streets on November 30,
2012.
His findings are as follows:
Sidewalks �
1. Two broken panels near gravel path in park, marked in Red. Requires rep/acement. C1

1. A'future street connection' sign is required on the barricade at end of Prairie Wind. �
Stormwater
1. Remove large rocks from storm pond.
2. Remove foliage/scotch bloom in storm pond.
3. Replace or clean socks in all catch basins.

1. Replace south side of Cullens Road asphalt that has failed. �

Planning Comments:
1. Most street trees and perimeter trees on the internal roads are dead or stressed beyond
their capability to recover, and some are missing entirely. At the time of final plat, street
trees and mitigation trees must be replaced unless they are clearly alive. Please see
�pproved landscaping plan.
