There were two recordings that were noted on the face of the map. Auditor's File No. 4300225
and 4300226. This has to do with the EXCEPTION parcel. Per the Judgement under 11-2-02442-
1, gave some additional property to 21724110102 from 21724110100. This was just filed in
October of 2012 and recorded in November.
I was just giving you an FYI that our office has not processed that recording yet. Our map
as it is today, shows 21724110100 prior to the Court Case, which in turn would raise a
question for the plat I am reviewing.
Its all good. It all will just fall into place as the weeks go by. At this point, our
office is on a freeze so I am unable to process the Court Case at this time.

Can you shed a little light on what court case you are referring to? I am not understanding
that comment.

1. Our office has not processed the Court Case No. 11-2-02442-1 yet.
It will be done after the freeze is lifted OR when the recorded Plat is set up.
2. The prefix for McKenzie Meadows parcel numbers is 6441.
3. If there are any changes made after this review, a new copy must be submitted for a 2nd
review.
