The City has completed its initial review for the above referenced final plat application. There are
some items that need revisions. For the items that need changed or corrected, I am sending you
back redlined originals.
� 1. Plat review comments: Included are redline comments on the plat map from the City and the
survey peer review, and a page for updated language for plat notes. Please be sure to
correct all items, and add the updated notes to the plat. When you submit your revised
plans, please include 2 copies of the full size plat, and one 11"x 17" copy. If no further
corrections are required, we can record from the paper copy. PLEASE RETURN ALL
� REDLINED COPIES.
2. Please address the minor edits to the following documents:
✓ Stormwater Maintenance Agreement
✓ Bill's of Sale for Water and Sewer
� ✓ CCR's along with minor edits, it says there are 50 pages, however only 45 were
submitted.
3. Survey review fees for E. True &Associates.
4. Two (2) disks of electronic drawings will be required prior to recording, one will be given to
'I Thurston County.
5. Either an assigned savings agreement for landscape maintenance, or a copy of a signed
contract with a landscaping company for the maintenance of required landscape.

We have reviewed the plat submitted on Dec. 11, 2012.
The following changes need to be completed prior to recording.
On Sheet 1 minor text corrections are noted with red pen notes
on easement provisions and the dedication note.
A sheet index should be provided on both sheets 1 and 2.
On Sheet 2 the platted lots lying north of this subdivision should
be shown and identified. Annotation corrections are shown in
red ink on sheet 2. The road centerline was closed by drafting
check and the closure is ood.

A survey note relevant to field standards and equipment per
WAC 332-130-090 should be provided. .
E. True & Associates has not reviewed any addresses or any civil review
for easements. No information is noted about Tract"G" other than
„ as shown on Sheet 2.
