On January 17, 2013, the City received an application for a short plat on the above
referenced parcel, and has determined that the application is not complete. The preliminary
site plan does not reflect all required information, and other application materials were either
incomplete or missing.
I have included information for your assistance in completing the preliminary plat application
requirements.
1. On the plat please show:
Setbacks for structures, current and proposed
□
Location of utilities, lines, and appurtenances
□
2. Provide an 11”x17” copy of the plat map

3. Frontage improvements for 2 and Jefferson are not reflected on the plat map, a
request for a deferral of frontage improvements must be submitted with application if
that is what the applicant is intending. Otherwise, street detail and a preliminary
stormwater plan must be submitted.
4. Mailing labels must be meet standard label formatting, 8.5”x11” mailing labels (avery
5160).
