The preliminary site plan does not reflect all required information, and other application materials were either incomplete or missing. I have included information for your assistance in completing the preliminary plat application requirements. 1. On the plat please show: Setbacks for structures, current and proposed □ Location of utilities, lines, and appurtenances □ 2. Provide an 11”x17” copy of the plat map nd 3. Frontage improvements for 2 and Jefferson are not reflected on the plat map, a request for a deferral of frontage improvements must be submitted with application if that is what the applicant is intending. Otherwise, street detail and a preliminary stormwater plan must be submitted. 4. Mailing labels must be meet standard label formatting, 8.5”x11” mailing labels (avery 5160).
