AN ORDINANCE relating to and promoting the public welfare, economic
integrity, spirit and vitality of the Town of Yelm; providing for the
preservation of structures, districts, and sites of particular age or
historical significance; creating a Yelm Historic Commission and a Register
of Historic Places; regulating modifications and /or demolition of such
historic features; providing for monitoring of special property tax
valuations of such places and properties; adding a new chapter to Title
15, Yelm Municipal Code; and declaring an effective date.
