Upon your request, I have conducted an evaluation of a group of Oregon white oaks situated between
lots 1 &2 along Terra Valley St. The sites are currently under construction and the trees have become
of concern.
Site Description
The 11 trees are within a small square shaped area at the rear of the two lots, please reference
Appendix 1. The level within the area is approximately 2'lower than the surrounding new grade.
Tree Evaluations
All of the trees are Oregon white oaks(Quercus garryana)with trunk diameters ranging 10-22".
I recommend the following 9 trees for removal based on their poor structure. They have been marked
with an orange paint dot.
